学历生项目Academic Program

【项目介绍】

学制三年，2学期/学年，每年入学时间为9月。

修满所有课程，达到毕业要求，颁发河南交通职业技术学院大专毕业文凭。

[Program Introduction]

This program requires three years of study, comprising two semesters per academic year. Registration takes place in September each year.

After completing all courses and meeting all graduation requirements, students will receive a college diploma from Henan College of Communications（HNCC）.

【基本申请条件】

1.中华人民共和国以外国家的公民。

2.高中或同等学历，30岁以下，身体健康。

3.遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度，对中国友好，无犯罪记录。

[Basic application requirements]

1.Citizens of countries other than the People's Republic of China.

2.High school or equivalent graduates who are under 30 years old and in good health.

3.Comply with the laws and regulations of the Chinese government as well as the rules of the school, be friendly to China and have no criminal record.

【收费标准】

学费：人民币6000元/学年

住宿费：6人间：人民币1000元/学年

备注：学费、住宿费及书本费在学生报到时缴纳，体检费、居留许可费、保险费按需缴纳给第三方。

Tuition Fee: RMB 6,000/academic year

Accommodation fee:6-person room: RMB 1,000/academic year

Note: Tuition, accommodation, and textbook fees must be paid upon registration. Physical examination fees, residence permit fees, and insurance premiums are paid directly to the respective third parties, as required upon arrival.

【奖学金】

学校设有优秀留学生校级奖学金，根据学生学习成绩、语言水平、学习态度等方面综合考量，择优确定奖学金生人选，学校也可协助学生申请政府奖学金。

留学生政府奖学金的名额分配、资助金额、发放形式及最修获选资格,均以上级主管部门审批结果为准。

[Scholarship]

HNCC offers a college-level scholarship for outstanding international students. Scholarship candidates are selected based on a thorough evaluation of students' academic performance, language proficiency, learning attitude, and other relevant factors. We can also assist students in applying for government scholarship.

The quota allocation, scholarship amount, disbursement method, and final eligibility of the Government Scholarship for International Students shall all be subject to the approval results of the competent authorities at the higher level.

【招生录取流程】

1.学生通过邮箱提交材料及申请。(iso@hncc.edu.cn)

2.学校审核。

3.录取通知书发放,学生填写个人信息表并提交。

4.外国留学人员来华签证申请表[JW202]发放。

5.学生持以上两份文件至中国驻外签证机构办理“x”签证。

6.学生按要求入学报到。

7.入学后,由学校组织体检,检查结果合格,正式获得入学资格。

[Admission Procedure]

1. Students submit materials and applications via email. （ iso@hncc.edu.cn ）

2.Review.

3.HNCC issues the admission letter, after which the student completes and submits the personal information form.

4. Issuing a JW202 form (Visa Application for Study in China) to the student.

5.Students apply for an "x" visa at a Chinese visa agency abroad with the above two documents.

6.Students register at HNCC as required.

7.After registration, HNCC will organize a physical examination. If the results are satisfactory, the students will officially qualify for admission.

【申请与报到时间】

学校3月至5月底接受入学申请。申请人在截止日期前,通过邮箱提交材料及申请。(iso@hncc.edu.cn)

9月-10月入校报道。(具体日期以录取通知书为准)
